Submitted by admin on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 - 08:35

France released proposals for the EU Navy as part of Sarkozy's review of the nation's armed forces yesterday. While both British and French officials are said to be in "well advanced" talks about Franco-Bri...

"We have students graduating from college with student loans, car payments, credit card debt and looking to buy a house," he said.

Meanwhile, those same students don't know how to balance their paychecks.
